What an incredible weekend at St Ives! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The fireplace in my room made it so warm and cosy, in the freezing midlands winters and having it fully stocked with plenty of wood was such a thoughtful touch. Waking up to wildlife right outside the window, truly made the experience unforgettable. The pizza at the Boma was absolutely delicious—obviously I had “the Ashley”, an all time favourite. Combined with the peaceful surroundings and beautiful scenery, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway with amazing accommodation, incredible food, and up close wildlife,I can’t recommend St Ives highly enough. I can’t wait to come back!

Spent a night here last night and forgot to fill out the review form (paper) but I’d highly recommend. I honestly thought I’d be disappointed especially with the reasonable price. However it’s a place I’ll be visiting again. From checking in on the day at reception without prior notice I was welcomed well and the room was clean and spacious. Loved everything about the place and location

Absolutely loved this gorgeous place. Was there this weekend that passed and we really enjoyed our time there. Loved that the animals roam freely and we did the 3km and 5.5km hiking trail and even went off the trail and loved every moment of it. Ambiance at Boma restaurant was lovely with music being played at the right noise level, super friendly barman and delicious food. Rooms were lovely and comfortable and waking up in the mornings to fresh clean air was perfect. Our first time here and most definitely won't be our last. Looking forward to our next time here

Great venue and the lake-side scenery is amazing. However, the paths and steep terrain between the parking lot, main hall, gazebo facility and reception hall is hugely difficult for the elderly and people with wheelchairs.
