My time at Thonga Beach Lodge was absolutely wonderful. From the moment i arrived, I was greeted with the kind of genuine friendliness that instantly puts you at ease. The staff are exceptional—attentive, thoughtful, and always ready to help with anything you might need. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and every request is met with warmth and enthusiasm. Whether it was organizing activities, catering to dietary preferences, or simply checking in to ensure we were enjoying our stay, the team consistently went the extra mile. Their dedication and care made us feel truly valued as guests. Combined with the breathtaking coastal setting and the beautifully designed lodge, the outstanding service made our stay unforgettable.

The most isolated, tranquil, perfect spot I’ve ever visited. Lush green forest down to miles of empty beach. No litter, no people, absolutely safe, warm water. Then add excellent service and properly good food. And great KZN weather. Can’t think of anything I’d change. Definitely visiting again. Soon.

We went on a honeymoon trip and this was our last stop, we stayed for 5 nights. Everything was amazing, the people, the food and the bungalows. We got an upgrade and had a perfect place with ocean view. The beach, ocean and just walking the sand dunes was amazing, a private and peaceful piece of the world. Don’t miss out on the ocean experience, it’s amazing. If you love diving and nature this is the place to be. ❤️💚
