Izotsha Creek is under new management since June 2018. I traveled with my dance team and their parents to Durban from Cape Town, in December 2018, for a dance competition we were attending. From finding the place on the internet till when we actually got there 3-4 months later, Gail was ever so helpful. Answering all my requests, helping us to find shuttle services, etc. We were 16 guests (ages from 8 years to adults) & booked the whole house for ourselves. As we didn't have our own transport Gail offered to do breakfast and dinners for us, which were spectacular! We ate like kings and queens, the food was delicious. The rooms were lovely and spacious, all with aircon, the whole place is huge and we never once felt like we were in each other's hair! The children of course had the best time in the rock pool. My only suggestion here for the owners, would be some nice sun loungers / chairs for around the pool so you could really enjoy that Durban heat. And I would definitely suggest taking mosquito repellent for the evenings. Other than that we felt so welcome, had the best week away and the management staff were on call for us 24/7. Highly recommended!!

We stayed here for a week with our dance team during December. Travelled from Strand, Cape Town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend Izotsha Creek guest house. I enjoyed the rock pool swims in the mornings and after a long hot day and those breathtaking views! Thank you Gail and team for a wonderful stay and for going the extra mile for my vegetarian meals everyday. They were yummy!

This place was amazing! The staff, food, pool, view - everything! Our room was cleaned every day, and the beds were super comfortable. If i were to come back to South Africa, this is definitely the place I would stay:))

Beautiful place. Beautiful scenery for any occasion and good food. All left with full bellies. Place is well kept. Think its more enjoyable when there's plenty sunshine, however they had us covered...literally and figuratively 😉
