The reception and interiors reflect a distinctive East African influence, featuring authentic Maasai memorabilia sourced from Kenya—where the owners are involved in a Bible College. The reading lounge, filled with colourful hardcover books, tells stories of travels to faraway places. Here, guests can unwind with a complimentary cup of Nespresso coffee while soaking in the tranquil atmosphere. As you explore the garden, you’ll discover peaceful hidden corners—perfect for quiet reflection, birdwatching, or simply relaxing. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor entertainment area or unwind beside the pool on a sun lounger. Sustainability is at the heart of The Tuscan Garden. The property embraces eco-friendly practices, including recycling, producing organic compost, and growing fresh vegetables and herbs on-site. Homemade detergents are used instead of commercial products, and guests are encouraged to conserve water and reuse towels during extended stays. Propane gas is used as a responsible heating source. We recently spent a night here with friends.We received a warm welcome from the owner. Our room was beautiful with armchairs to relax in and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious with a shower and corner bath. It was lovely to sit in the beautiful Italian gardens. Breakfast ( with vouchers) and dinner were available at the lovely restaurant in the Tramanto Hotel just a few minutes walk away A perfect stay

My husband and I were in Newcastle for a family event, just for 2 nights. We were warmly welcomed by a friendly host and ushered to a very clean room. We will definitely return there. There was value for money. However, an upgrade of the beds would make the stay even more comfortable. This was attested by the fellow guests....

Super-friendly owner who was on hand with advice. We got a free upgrade to a better room. Room was spotless and large. Spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub. Highly recommended in Newcastle. You do need your own car there. It is a bit outside the city centre, in fact.

Absolutely loved this place. What a beautiful stay, the room was stunning. Beautiful Garden to enjoy. In the evenings we came back to the room with a little chocolate treat on our bed which I absolutely enjoyed. The room was very clean and neat. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Chearise and Johan.
