We had a great stay at the spa. From frontdesk to the spa to the bistro all employees are helpfull and very friendly. Had a perfect day. Thank you so much. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was amazing. The calamari was amaxing. The rumpsteak cooked to perfection. Plating was done so beautifull and the amount of food on the plate. Great food, great price. Haf a 2,5hour massage and facial at the spa. Wow Promise has a good heart and healing hand. Kids enjoyed the pools, putt putt, paintball , airrifle shooting. O not to forget the fishing

Such a Bad Experience. Went there with Holiday Club points. No Hot water for 4 days. Toilet leaking. Kitchen Zink leaking so bad that we had to stop doing dishes, they had to come 2 times to fix it, whole cupboard wrotten.Stove tripping electricity, only 1 cooker working.We arrived the Friday and could not watch TV as it was blocked from DSTV due to non payment. Slippy Slides were put off on The Monday of 6 April as there was not enough Children according to management. They promote the resort with this but then you cannot use it. Manager Mr F Roux decided on the Sunday after being in the unit for 3 days we can move to another unit as they could not fix the problem with the water,We went from Ice Cold water, to Dripping water, To No Water and to Cold water again. The Camp Sites had hot water but not the unit. 2 Plumbers and Handyman and no joy Monday 6 April people arrive swimming with barley dressed clothes not swim wear as indicated, loud music, drinking next to the pool and just so loud that we eventually just left and sat in the unit for the rest of the day.According to Holiday Club this was a once cided incident and they did want to move us Mid holiday so for them unpacking, then packing, then unpacking and packing again is a wonderful relaxing vacation. 1 Waiter in the Bar and Restaurant. Food and drinks take forever. Mould everywhere in every shower could not bother to clean, towels left for the whole stay. We were booked in for 8 days we left after 5 as no activities available for the kids only hot swimming pool and on the 7th it started to rain so absolutely no internet of DSTV. They say they have internet but only at reception and in the restaurant. Pathetic is all I can say. Feedback O we are Sorry. Would not advise anyone to go there unless you are camping because that seems the only way to actually have a bathroom. Jacuzzi Ice cold and cans and papers everywhere. Please do not go to this resort

Beautiful resort of you looking for a family vacation, far from the madding crowds. Lots to keep the kids entertained. Lovely wellness center as well. The hot springs are just fabulous. Plenty of pool options for those who prefer the cooler waters

An amazing weekend spent, staying in the self catering rooms. The rooms have all you need. The resort is clean & well looked after. Plenty of things to do. The HOT pools have to be the highlight. We had a Couples Massage which was a real treat. Good luck finding my ducks.
