Thebonline reviews were so bad prior to the trip, that I ended up dreading to go. It was a work trip. I was very pleasantly surprised. Everything about this little place was so good. From the reception and efficiency of the check in , to the huge and clean rooms and bathroom. Lovely conference rooms. Delicious meals. Top notch service from all the staff. The only issue I had, was no bottled water provided for the rooms and we were given tap water during our meetings which tasted horrible, like chlorine... Id recommend providing bottled water, even if it is just filtered water. Thanks

First off, the staff is super friendly and helpful, amazing staff. The rooms are neat and clean. Everything is just so clean and tidy and everyone is friendly. The breakfast was amazing. Thank you for an amazing experience.

I had a fairly good stay here but my only downside is the fact that getting water is such a struggle. I would suggest having bottled water in each rooms and a water dispenser at the reception area that is refilled throughout the day.

Staff was friendly. It was however extremely noisy during the nights with groups of students or young adults staying for both nights I stayed over and was splashing, shouting screaming in the pool and in the hallways and slamming doors until very late at night. If i stayed over a different time it may well have been quiet and provided a better working environment for me after hours.
