This place ruined my holiday. It was disgusting for lack of better words. The blanks smelt like someone pissed on it. The curtain that was supposed to give you privacy fell off and we were told it could only be repaired the next day. We have to fix it ourselves or we would have had none. The view was nice but that was the only saving grace.

Beautiful area and place. Room was beautiful, neat and clean. Exactly like photos. Rooms are small but still tranquil and stylish. Staff were absolutely friendly and host Grace was the sweetest, allowing us a late check-out 🩷 The location is stunning, outside is a wedding venue overlooking oribi gorge. There is outdoor trails & a deck. Beautiful for photography. You can also see/hear animals and birds from the units. If booked alone it is so peaceful and tranquil. Only downside was privacy, that rooms are in one building so you can clearly hear other guests next door (no fault of the hosts). There is also an open balcony between units so you can see into the other units bedrooms. The bathrooms are stunning and modern but due to space has no door. Overall still a good book for views & price. Would definitely give it another try 🩵

I regret to say that our experience with this holiday venue has been disappointing from the very start. We traveled all the way from Johannesburg expecting a pleasant stay, but upon arrival, we encountered numerous issues. The accommodation we booked through Booking.com did not meet expectations — there was no netted tent as advertised, and the pin code we received did not work, making access difficult. We still have not accessed the venue. Despite multiple attempts to contact the venue—over 20 calls and a WhatsApp message that was received—we received no response. This lack of communication is highly unprofessional, especially for a venue that is supposedly well-reviewed and reputable. We paid R7500 for a five-day stay, and it’s frustrating that our experience has been marred by these issues and poor customer service. I sincerely hope that someone from management will reach out to address these concerns and consider a refund. We expected better, and I hope our feedback prompts improvements for future guests.
