Perfectly good as an overnight stop for work but not a soul place at all. They do DBB but the food is prepared in advance and kept in serving dishes so that it was warm but the chips were soggy. They asked for a lot of feedback from guests so hopefully they will take the feedback and adjust things. Room didn't have any real private sitting space to relax and windows faced onto a communal area.

Rooms are old and tiny, the one i had was oddly shaped hence made it awkward with the bed. Very old bathrooms. Carpet wasn’t clean in the room. I experience wasn’t great as they decided to start banging and drilling the floors from 720am. Owner apologized when i brought to attention. Had to convince him though it was not the right time. He insisted he needed to do maintenance. 🫣 i was next door to the unit being worked on.

Great stay at The Blue Marlin Guest House. Great location and easy to find. The room was a decent size and had a fridge. Bed was king-size and very comfortable. Spacious bathroom with large shower. Stayed there for a wedding. Great venue for a wedding.
