I was really disappointed with the cleanliness overall. The white doors were brown with built-up dirt and the bed sheets were dusty. The toilet was also very dirty, and I had to go and demand that it be cleaned. This level of cleanliness falls far below reasonable expectations and is extremely disappointing. The property has potential, but the lack of basic cleanliness significantly affected my stay. Better housekeeping and attention to hygiene would make a substantial difference.

I was really dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the venue at the airport. My event started an hour later because the staff did not clean upon their arrival .The place was dirty from the previous event. The staff was really dragging their feet when it came to cleaning. The chairs,red carpet,table,floors and the couch was not clean .

The staff is not friendly and very much not alive. The owner was worse, very rude and unwelcoming. He kicked us out of his guesthouse and said really mean things to us. “You do not respect me because I’m not white, had I been white you would have left my premises a long time ago” Just because we had friends who were waiting for their transport so that they can leave as we had a bridal shower earlier on that day.. Very rude and unprofessional. Bad service, but the food is nice😜

The place is beautiful and clean. The food was also good but the hospitality is very poor, especially from the owner of the place(who was very rude and even ended up giving threats along with his friends, the situation even got worse to a point that he also wanted to get physical). We had booked the place but our visitors were not even allowed to get their bags or stay a while longer after the 5pm notice we were given to finish our event. The approach was totally unacceptable and would never recommend this place to anyone.
