I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rooibos Retreat in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. The place is incredibly neat and clean, with a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in. Every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. A special mention must go to Nicolaas, the host. He was amazing — welcoming, attentive, and truly accommodating throughout my stay. His hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Rooibos Retreat to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional service. I will definitely be back!

What an awesome place to stay at. Great service, awesome room, awesome decor, clean. Loved the housekeeping everyday during our 3 night stay. The pool was nice and refreshing in the Richards Bay heat. Reasonably close to shops and the beach. Well done to our hosts. This venue is certainly recommended. Next time we will also take the breakfast option. Thank you Rooibos Retreat!

The Rooibos Retreat surpassed all my expectations. Nicolaas was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment I checked in - Both room and bathroom were super clean and spacious. The layout is so freaken pretty, it is honestly the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The bed/mattress is exceptional, the linen and towels were remarkably fresh, soft and smelt soooo good. Solar power is available in times of power outages and they are approximately a 10 minute drive away from Richard's Bay Airport. I highly recommend this establishment and whenever I'm back in the Bay area I definitely will be staying here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
