Not eager to assist. No communication with regards to supper etc. Breakfast was booked for 7am. 7:30 staff show up to start preparing only. Rooms clean and tidy.

By far one of the best places I ve stayed. Staff is friendly. Food is divine. And they have an awesome dog called Pluto. This will be my goto accommodation when in Hillcrest/Durban area. I love you guys!

If you are looking for a place to stay in the Waterfall area definitely worth looking at. Rooms are comfortable with small desk and chair if you need to do some work as well as a single seater couch. Bathroom has a large shower with good water pressure and really good heat (for those who enjoy boiling themselves in the shower), adequate side basin and toilet. Selection of Dstv channels available. Air conditioner wasn't working in the room however the weather was cool enough not to need it. Good breakfast menu options available. Venue also offers a very large hall for functions and weddings as well as a honeymoon suite.
