This place deserves a zero star, their communication is very poor. I have paid a deposit and canceled my bookings now they ignore my calls because I have requested for a refund 😡. Thabang is the person I have been communicating with and his now ignoring my calls

I was there for a day conference, the service was amazing. Lizzy and the entire team were really helpful and made us very comfortable for the whole day conference, it was like home away from home. Brilliant conference package l can recommend to anyone, good value for money.

the place is really nice and the vibe there it is giving. People who are giving bad reviews their are lying they just typed because they want bela bela lodge to be somehow and they want other people not to go .A lot of people sleep there when I'm at Bela Bela lodge so guys go the place is wonderful 😊👍🏾
