A below review my aunt shared on Hello Peter for our stay. The owner/manager have said to her she won't receive a refund unless she removes her review on Hello Peter. I sent a message to them on the day of the incident and they have not gotten back to me. I then booked a room for our drivers on Saturday the 25th April. My son then open the room for them which we got it from Teboho. On Sunday I was told that they slept in a tenants house. I was like how did that happened because we got the key from the reception on the very same day that I paid my son told me that the room didn't not have the beds and TV which I thought maybe those rooms are like that but also I was shocked in that I paid 1200 for the drivers. Yesterday the owner of place said she does not care if I'm taking her to hello Peter and she asked why didn't we complain in that there were no beds in that room. How are we supposed to know. I would like to be refunded that is my plea. What's frustrating is that they don't want to take accountability they even threaten to call police on my drivers. The tenants also came at the reception to ask where did we get the key, my niece ask the tenants if they forgot the key at the door and they said no. Worst vacation ever!!!!! We had an intruder in our house(Kudu) around 3am while we were asleep. They stole our phones, laptop, money and shoes. The staff staff is so rude and the were not helping us. You'd swear they know something by the guilt on their faces. Tebogo(the receptionist) couldn't look me in the eyes, Paul was all over the place swearing and we found the same jacket that the intruder was wearing in his room and it was damp because it was raining during the incident. Pauline (the receptionist) looked very suspicious telling the staff that they should fight Melanie for allowing us to go check their rooms. The only people that were helpful is Melanie and the maintenance (I forgot his name). They have signs that the property is under camera surveillance but the cameras are not working and there is no security what-so-ever. If you are looking for peace of mind and safety, PLEASE STAY AWAY from this place.

I would not recommend them at all. The road around had massive potholes, and the road inside also not maintained. The cleanliness of the chalet was not up to standard and we had to request a new wash and drying cloth as it was filthy and stinking. So we had to rewash everything before use as that is what the previous people used. They said it was a 6 sleeper, but no extra bedding. The light outside we did not have to use, because it didn't even make a difference when on at night. The showers had mold. Kitchen poorly stocked with utensils. And then to top it all off, they had to wash 4 cups and 1 pot with potato salad we left for the workers, and they subtract that from your breakage deposit. The will definitely not see us again.

This is a very beautiful place and very clean too. It’s so quiet and away from the city noise. The only issue was that we had to wait at the gate coz it was broken n there was no security personnel there so we had to wait for the receptionist to come n open for us n that took some minutes which resulted in us paying the late check in fee of R500 bt other than that we enjoyed the place
