I booked and paid for two campsites, each with its own private bathroom. However, when we arrived, one of the bathrooms was locked, leaving 12 people to share a single toilet and shower. This was extremely disappointing, especially since we paid for facilities we couldn't use. On top of that, the owner/manager was very rude throughout our stay. He complained about us simply talking after 9 p.m., even though we were not being disruptive. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and the customer service was poor. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this campsite.

I would not recommend the place. 1. Arrived there Thursday 29/01/26 at 16:20. Went to reception, shop, bar as well as restaurant all closed. Wanted to buy ice, decided to go out, main gate locked at 18:00. Could not get out & no response on all the numbers I dailed. 2. On Satureday 17:30 everything was closed, could not even go to the bar to watch sport. 3. Venue needs alot of attention

We had a fantastic stay at Mbizi, we had a private bathroom stand for a week, it was a very comfortable stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. On arrival we had 2 very nice gentleman meeting us at our stand in 20 minutes our whole campsite was up. The staff in the shop, bar and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Management staff greeted us every morning, all staff made our stay very pleasant. I would really recommend going to Mbizi The campsite and ablusions were very clean a well looked after resort
