Outstanding service! The staff was attentive and helpful, making our experience exceptional. The food was super yummy 😋 The quad biking was quite such an amazing experience, I enjoyed it to the fullest. Our guide was quite professional and friendly too. Wouldn't mind going again The pools are clean and kid friendly I recommend Bodlongwa River Resort 👌

It was horrible! Don’t even think about going there. The service is bad, the place is unpleasant, and the whole experience is awful. You’re better off taking your own food and drinks because nothing there is worth it. Just stay away!

This is the first time I have experienced such an unacceptable level of food service at a resort. The waiting times are excessively long, the food is poorly prepared and inadequately cooked, and the presentation and quality of the platters are comparable to inexpensive street-vendor meals. This standard is entirely inconsistent with what is expected from a resort of this caliber.

I visited Bodlongwa with my sisters and our kids, and the experience was extremely disappointing. We had booked and paid for a family cabana, yet we waited in the sun for more than 10 minutes with small children for someone to open it for us—no one ever came. We eventually sat in one of the open cabanas, only to be confronted by multiple staff members questioning us rudely about why we were there and who gave us permission. The way they spoke to us was disrespectful and made us feel like we were being looked down on. The poor service continued throughout the day, but one staff member in particular, named Nico, stood out for his disrespectful and belittling attitude. When we asked to speak to the manager and requested that Nico apologise, they laughed in our faces. He refused to apologise and instead chose to patronise and gaslight us. The manager clearly has no control over her staff, who even speak over her in front of guests. Overall, their treatment of customers is unacceptable, and I will not be returning.
