I stayed at your place during a business trip. Though recommended by clients in the area, I did not want to embarrassed the person by saying something, however the accommodation is not on standard. The bedding made me itch and the shower was not clean. The gardens and rest of the venue is beautiful with friendly staff.
I hope this review will inspire management to view their rooms as this review is meant to have a positive outcome to all of your guests. Regards

The place is run-down. Lack of continuous maintenance. Aircon dud not work, batteries of TV flat. Definitely NOT a 4*. Edeon, assisted as best as he could. Thank you so much for your assistance. Contact numbers are not answered. Very disappointing. Here for business, but will not recommend the place unless it is upgraded.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding, the food was delicious and prepared to a high standard, and the location was perfect. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole visit enjoyable. Highly recommended!
