Greeted by a big cockroach in the room, I was taken to another room. The cups, trays and the glasses not clean. The basin in the bathroom need to be sterelised or deep cleaned.The glass and the curtains need to be cleaned. The housekeeper does not shift the furniture when cleaning, the spider web. The receptionist was not welcoming, no smile no what. The gate in the rooms is so heavy to open. The food does not match the price. Is only pap, rice ,chicken or beef, beetroot and coleslaw. The containers holding the cereals are not clean.

The place has excellent service delivery problem air-conditioned was not operating

Enjoyed our stay here and the swimming pool. Air-conditioned rooms with DStv. Rooms are exactly as displayed on the internet.
