Rooms and bedding were clean, we didn't have hot water in bathrooms just got Luke warm. Gentlemen that assisted with check-in and checkout was extremely helpful.

The place is breathtaking with it's exquisite view. The food is mouthwatering and always balanced. The 2 young guys who work as a chef and at the reception, have excellent hospitality skills. They always go an extra mile to make us feel at home. The staff in general is friendly. I have not rated the place a 5 star ok some of the things, just so I give the owners room for improvement. All in all, the place is hospitable!

Outside is absolutely beautiful, I love their garden is so clean and definitely for pictures .Wedding set up ,garden and the reception was gorgeous. I was a bit disappointed though, their rooms are not what I expected. Aircons don't work, and they make so much noise . Showers need to be renovated, and their bed gave me back pains . The place sucks with network, maybe because of the area.They didn't have Wi-Fi if they do, it was never given to us ,no password in the rooms, at least if they had.

The lodge is amazing with breathtaking views. The staff is friendly, respectful, humbled, accommodative and helpful. The owner is friendly and helpful and she will also go out of her way to ensure you have a good comfortable stay according to your budget. Their kitchen food is amazing. Due to mountains the cellphone network is poor, but they have free guests wi-fi available.
