We got there around 20h00 on Friday night didn't make bookings but got lucky and found a room.a guy at reception is okay he checked us in and gave us the keys then asked someone to accompany us to our room it was room no 3,then I was pressed when we get there I asked for the bathroom that was the 1st redflag it was dirty. Then got to our room the floor was sticky,toilet had a terrible urine smell then we tried to take a,shower no hot water,I let it slide since well its late then when I prepared to sleep the sheet had blood stains that's when I phoned reception but they didn't bother to come check what's wrong with the geyser or move us to another room. so I had a terrible stay there .the outside area is nice more especially at night but their rooms are horrible.

The place is located a few kilometers from Elim.The lodge is well maintained with nice mountain views around the area. The service was great and we had a beautiful wedding

TERRIBLE. the place is absolutely not what is expected. The drive there was hell on its own like why are you in the middle of butt crack no where?! There is absolutely no security what so ever. The lady and man at the “reception” (which is just a table with 2 people) were so aggressive and omg let’s not talk about that resort. They have more sitting booths than pools. The slide was so full and there was so life guard to protect the people if they drowned. People would fall onto each other and a lot of kids cried. The main huge pool was extremely green and unclean, it reeked of piss. The other pool was humble and better with a good view. There’s only 3 slides (2 for kids) and you call that a resort? The bathrooms were never cleaned and are extremely dirty, moldy and gross. There aren’t any after swimming showers, The pool water isn’t clear, there is no first aid, there is nothing good about this place except the view. #wouldntrecommendtoany. Never ever again.
