I went twice in December 2025. 1st to the ViP. Only one swimming pool was in an excellent condition, the other bigger one looked cloudy, cracked walls and they were forcing children to swim on that pool. Kids who could swim and are not used to that ridiculous state of swimming pools. The 2nd time, I thought let's try VVIP, worse. Pools were not ready, dense cloudy water. Toilets dirty with no cleaners minding them. They played 5 songs the whole day.... Property is beautiful but if maintainance is not improved, A beautiful concept will fail. There are a few places in the region and they should give their best. We do not appreciate not being respected by paying for filthy pools

Rooms are dirty, there bedding was covered in dust, not well maintained. Nearly everything in the room requires to be either fixed or replaced. The bedding is a complete shocker.
