I went to this place a week ago trying to book an appointment to go view the place for an upcoming event and hearing how beautiful the place is, I just had to see it for myself but the surprise I got was just a bit shocking because on the billboard that was there are three contact numbers, I called all three of them and the first one a lady answered and said to me "this is a wrong number, I don't know why they put my number there" the second one that I called rang twice the went to voicemail which said "the number you have dialed does not exist" the third one was just off. To make things worse, the email address there bounced back with a reply " the domain you are trying to reach doesn't exist" This is a very poor way of growing a business that has so many good reviews, I am very disappointed by all of this because I could not even get anyone to assist me. Its as though Shiloh is false advertising what they cannot deliver because Shiloh's customer service is very poor. If there's anyone who knows how to get a hold of these people I would really appreciate your help.
