Reception staff unfriendly, arrived at 6pm and had to speak to someone behind closed doors. Had to go back 3 times to get the gate opened. Their is a restaurant, but they battle to give you a meal unless you are part of a pre booked group. Breakfast ordered the night before, received it cold and only after it was served did they offer toast

The rooms are good just noisy some of the time specially when they host events such as conferences like today. A group of people still celebrating using their cars sterio from the afternoon till 20:00 still there and I can not stay or have any online meetings as the music and they are very load

Reception not so apetizing but the rooms are big and beautiful. They're neatly put and have jacuzzis and shower.

In the rooms, the floor is not cleaned. Dining hall, if you are the last one to wish up and certain dish is finished they don't bring another one they tell you food is finished as if you are at the funeral
