I would like to give mo stars. Where’s that option? Beautiful property but shocking service. Totally not negotiable. Can’t even speak to a person in charge to negotiate corporate rates, they would get more than 100 room nights per year. And they down right didn’t even try to negotiate, just a simple no. I’m so happy for people that can turn down business, it must be nice. And very successful, very. Tragedy! The other terrible part is that the lady who answers all media (phone, email, WhatsApp IG etc) doesn’t know anything, no training given. Sad really. Cheap labour comes at a cost, investing in people is invaluable.

We went for Christmas buffet lunch and when I went to dish up they told me I’m only allowed to dish once on R500 buffet. Drinks all drinks including water and juice sold separately and are not cold. No ice. Services was terrible from go. Do not waste your money. Starter was only served to some.

We had the privilege of being able to have our wedding at Meloko Wedding & Functions Venue. To say the place was beautiful would be an understatement! Randzu took care of everything concerning the venue, catering, decor and accommodation with such care and creativity. We were taken care of with patience and gentleness, thank you. The venue was clean and well maintained. The food from the catering was delicious, although time didn't allow us to have tasted the desserts 😭. The decor was absolutely beautiful, especially in the hall for reception. Tables so well dressed. And my favourite part of the accommodation was the Bridal Suite! So beautiful, spacious, luxurious. I'd go back just to vacation there. Thank you Meloko and your team for bringing together everything so well. We appreciate you and your work. Blessings
