The hotel is ok I guess for the price we paid, management must improve on maintenance of the rooms, main doors especially I didn’t feel safe, shower head was a disaster, the bathroom nje in general is not well maintained, the were no towels, no extra toilet paper in a room x3 quests I mean the must be more, also wifi please if it can reachable in the rooms. Breakfast was ok, I enjoyed it. Reception lady (who was on duty 13&14 Mar at night) was friendly and helpful shame 🙏🏽

Dear Hotel Management, I recently stayed in Chalet 10 and, unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I believe it’s important to share this feedback so that necessary improvements can be made, as the current condition of the chalet does not reflect a 3-star standard. During my stay, I encountered several issues: The bathroom basin tap was missing its knob. There was no soap holder in the shower. The water pressure in both the basin tap and the shower was poor. I was unable to take a shower in the morning due to the water merely trickling out. Despite arranging for a takeaway breakfast at 6 a.m., it was not ready when I left and I had to return later to collect it. I have attached photos as evidence of the condition of the room. I would like to emphasise that the staff, especially the ladies at the check-in desk, were very friendly and helpful. However, it’s clear that the system and facilities are failing them. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and address the maintenance and operational issues so that future guests can enjoy a better experience. As things stand, I don't see myself returning anytime soon if ever. I travel alm over the country, and this has to be one of my worst experience, if not the most. Kind regards,

I travel a lot and originally from Limpopo but i was highly disappointed. I do not recommend. The admin staff has no respect and regard for clients. The rooms are very small and not clean. Fridge sticky. No wifi. The drainage in the showers doesn’t work. You literally shower while standing in your own shower water. Had to check out 2 nights earlier.

Passing through Musina, perfect for an overnight stay. The cheaper chalets need attention; I chose an upgraded room, which was better maintained. The location on the street was rather noisy. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
