Overall great experience but the service is bad and slow, waited 40minutes to be assisted when it comes to food. The waiters are not enough. Everything is a 5 star for me. I will definitely go again. Beautiful place for the whole family.

Place, 5 star, service a bit slow but okay. We went on a Sunday around 5pm and it was almost empty but it took about 25 minutes to get a fillet. They need a Chef to redesign their menu and source the best steak cuts. The burger patty looked like a homemade one detached from another one. If they can hire a chef and work on the menu and also improve on their orders lead time, the place would be a five star

Honestly, Borwa is just for vibes. No steak knives for steaks, food runs out order mid orders with burned replacements, food was cold , even a basic sauce caddy is a luxury... Food needs covers as it travels a distance from kitchen to customers.
