Do not book here if you value cleanliness, great service, quality and respect. First you are interrogated when checking in, like you are a suspect.. they ask questions like youre a criminal. They allocate a room that is not in the premises you booked and they dont bother to show you the room. We had to walk around the yard looking for our rooms while carrying bags. The rooms are dirty even have cocroaches. Their King is two hard and very uncomfortable single beds joined together but you still can feel the gap in between. The shower head looks like Algae is just gonna fall off on you😱 Also, the number they give you to call if you need anything? It doesn't work😂😂 Okay then breakfast.. during checking we filled a brast form selecting the food we want to eat and the time we will be seating in for bfast, we said 7h00 but 7h15 they were still having a staff meeting, we waited and watched time go by nervous about making it to OR Tambo to catch a flight on time. The owner is the problem hes the one who held the employees. Now another red flag.. that guy follows the employees everywhere MY GOD! Hes even in the kitchen!! The poor staff look depressed and anxious. Oh and wifi? It doesn't work😂😂 They try with the pools but that place is so dingy thT yiu wouldn't feel comfortable enough to swim.

Very nice place all the staff was so helpful and friendly. The manager even arranged Halal menu for me when he realized I'm muslim. Very clean tranquil place. The chef know her story but best part when she and the boss man allowed me to cook some homemade recipe curry. Thank you for your good hospitality you guys really are hands on . I hope to visit on a leisure trip with family . Maybe add to the website that Halal catering is available on order. Thanks again.

Very considerate, personal, generous and kind service provided by staff and managerial team. The cottage-style rooms are spacious, renovated, neat and clean –all facilities in the room functioned well, otherwise staff were always ready to help fix problems promptly. We enjoyed a quiet nights/days in a peaceful setting.
