We visited the golf course with the boys and were assisted by Lucky. What an incredible experience! The service we received was outstanding. Lucky has so much passion for his work, and it truly shows. He is fantastic with people, making everyone feel welcome and comfortable. His friendly, caring nature comes so naturally, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. This was by far the best service we have ever received. Your resort is truly blessed to have an employee like Lucky. Thank you for making our visit so memorable we will definitely be back!

Decent place. Does the job. Came here to stay for a wedding I was attending in Polokwane. Rooms aren’t fantastic; nor do they meet expectations of a 4 ⭐ hotel; or at least in my opinion . What I have to say about the service is that it’s amazing. The staff are brutally honest and impeccable. I had forgotten one of my phones, my speaker, one of my bank cards behind. There was no fraud nor attempted fraud on my card which really speaks volume of their level of service. We called them about over a week later to find out and they got back to us a few hours later to tell us they found even more than what I thought I had left behind. Priscilla was the staff member who assisted and ensured my goodies were safe. Thank you so much.

The Ranch is a lovely venue. Everything is neat, well-maintained, and beautifully looked after. The food was amazing, and the service was delivered with a smile throughout our visit. We were a large group, and the attention to detail in every aspect of our experience was truly impressive. A special well done to Paul and his team for their outstanding hospitality and dedication to excellence. We had a wonderful time and look forward to visiting again.
