My partner and I stayed at Nandoni Waterfront Resort this week and our experience truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The atmosphere is peaceful, refreshing, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Every detail from the beautiful surroundings to the overall hospitality, made our stay memorable. The dining experience was absolutely incredible. The food was delicious, beautifully prepared, and worth every bite. A very special shoutout to Tshilidzi for his exceptional service. His patience, kindness, and attentiveness did not go unnoticed. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and even helped us capture some beautiful memories together. That level of care made our stay even more special. We had come across some negative reviews after already booking, but we are honestly grateful we didn’t let that influence our decision. Our experience was nothing short of amazing.

Restaurant has bad service, waiters need michelin kind of training. We were told to pay R350.00 upfront for food & 1 drink after 30mins the waiter tells us there’s no patty for the kids burger, the kids are hungry, I’m typing this review while seated waiting for food, we arrived at 13:57 it’s now 15:30. I’m so disappointed for my 1st time visit.

Felt like everything was overpriced so the establishment can get the most money out of you because they know a repeat visit is highly unlikely. We went for lunch and a boat cruise. The chicken was off and the ribs were under done. All proteins tasted like they were past their expiry date. The boat ride was 400 per person- no water offered, no music, no guide- just a boat ride in the dam and a return trip. The service was friendly but there was little value for money spent at this establishment.

The road there is not okay at all, it could make you turn back thinking you lost. GPS ends at, some house in the village, you drive through bushes, they cluld at least put some roadside lights. The rooms and our villa was beautiful, buy didn't have enough kitchen utensils for self catering, appliances did work, it was just a hassle and there wete towels in our washing buskets. Otherwise their service is great, they were helpful, annd willing to fix were we complained.
