We had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful game lodge for lunch, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The entire property was exceptionally clean, neat, and well-maintained, creating a very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant setting is truly something special — overlooking a peaceful dam where you can even spot baby fish swimming below. It adds such a unique and tranquil touch to the dining experience. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making us feel right at home. As for the food, it was simply outstanding — perfectly prepared, full of flavor, and clearly made with great care. Every dish exceeded our expectations. Considering the quality of both the food and the overall experience, the prices are very reasonable and offer great value for money. Even though we only stopped by for lunch, this visit left a lasting impression. I would highly recommend this lodge to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in a beautiful setting. We will definitely be back!

Had the pleasure of booking a cosy weekend away with my family 2 weeks ago. Their pricing is so reasonable in Cyrils economy. We stayed in Nyala which can take 10 pax so the kids were extremely happy to have their space. I would recommend the lodge either get heaters or extra blankets for the cold nights in winter but other than that every one was amazing. Jolene is truly special and welcoming. I will definitely be back. The animals are of course the HI-LIGHT of the weekend. Thank YOU Rondevue ☺️💜

The Rondevue ini Bos restaurant at the game lodge overlooks a beautiful farm dam with stunning views of the surrounding countryside and local wildlife. It's a lovely spot to enjoy a drink while watching the ducks swim across the dam. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. We ordered the rump sosaties and the eisbein. The rump was extremely tough—almost like chewing on a rock—and was smothered in barbecue sauce, which masked rather than enhanced the meat. The setting is excellent, but the quality of the food did not live up to the beautiful location. Very disappointing.

False advertisement. We went to the bar and restaurant area at around 9pm on a Saturday eveving and was told they are closed in a very rude and unfriendly way. This should be the time to have a drink and eat something. No one mentioned this to us when we made the booking. Chalets inside not well maintained we had 2 coffee cups in our unit no grater and shortage of cutlery. Blinds are all broken and furniture old and beds are old and not comfy at all. Wont recommend people to go here.
