Nearly a good hall. If government money is involved. An auditorium is the way to go. A huge hall...a wow. But this one... the garden is dirty n unkept. Toilets dysfunctional without water.

It is a very Great Hall to host any kind of event that you may be having. The reason why I don't give it 5 stars is windows are broken and and there are no enough chairs to fill the Hall while it is little bit expensive to rent.
