First of all I would to congratulate Sene on the excellent service received from her and Joseph from viewing the different options of rooms available to making my booking. They have 3 levels of rooms with 3 different pricing structures as per your preference. Option 1 standard room Option 2 self catering Option 3 family room fully fitted I chose option 2 and it was exactly what I needed. A peaceful setting. Little lounge with a smart TV. Wifi network was excellent. Environment was pretty safe and peaceful. Joseph is on site 24 hours on call. I needed a few items and he sorted them out without any issues. I am a rep and I travel alot. By far it falls in my list of top 3 from all the places I stay. I will definitely be booking here at Alora 2 nights every month Well done to Sene and Joseph on making my stay a pleasant one.

Stayed here for a couple of week with our team and would stay again. They sorted every issue immediately and the pricing was perfect for our budget. We could also park our truck here with our other vehicles. Safe and quiet.

This would be okay for an overnight stay. We were in a self catering, but there were no plates or anything in the place and the sink had no warm water. Also the showers water is not very hot just hot enough to get clean quickly. The walls are also very thin, we struggled to sleep because of all the noise from next door. Its a nice setup, but not if you plan to stay with children

We booked this spot which was by far the cheapest option between Johannesburg and Mbabane. It worked for us as a layover in rural Bethal, but there are a few things I believe guests should know. The listing described the property as a "home" or "guesthouse", but it is a motel. Upon arrival at 4pm, there were no staff on site, but another guest told us to hang on for an hour and someone would probably be back. After heading to town for dinner, we still found no one. A thunderstorm was starting which left us feeling a bit stressed. To their credit, Sene the owner upgraded our room for the inconvenience to a self-catering unit. The room itself was very clean with a very warm and comfortable bed and duvet, the shower had strong pressure and hot water, and the wifi was fast but we had to reconnect a few times. The walls are very very thin. We had a neighbor and heard everything from his phone conversations to his 5am alarm. Truck noise was also audible. Budget-friendly, I say 3/5. The area felt safe, at least. Oh, and the maps pin for this location is not entirely accurate, just look for the white sign that says Alora Collective.
