Lovely room, we'll equipped but not kleen enough, floors were handy and bathroom had algee in the shower, Domesto could fix that.

Not very helpful when they are fully accommodated to refer you to a near by lodge/guest house.. We are not familiar with the area. Obviously i can use google but it would have been nice if they could help with a referral. But they don't because they are not familiar with the quality and cleanness of the other accommodation facilities! Really???? ''Be an encourager the world has enough of critics already''

The price that we paid vs what we got did not make any sense. DSTV in the room not working, we were told that the decoder broke and needs to be sent in. I was then told to use the WiFi in the room and access DSTV via the smart tv in the room. No WIFI in the room. We ordered food from the restaurant for the two nights, on both occasions the food took more than an hour. On the first night we were told that it’s the type of food that we ordered, I accepted the reason but on the second night we ordered three pastas and again it took more than an hour, my wife got a very sarcastic comment stating that they do not allow people eating in the rooms. I checked and you don’t have any signage up stating this and, when I asked for the food to be brought to our room I was not told that you do not allow guests eating in the rooms. The last morning we could hardly shower due to the extremely bad pressure in the shower. You won’t be seeing me or my family again
