Whether you are looking to host a large wedding reception, an intimate wedding bash or a romantic lakeside garden wedding, we have the space for you. We offer a one-stop-shop for couples with a 70 seater chapel on site, an elegant 400 seater ballroom with attached bar, kitchen and other amenities, luxurious separate bridal and groom’s rooms, and a manicured, sub-tropical garden providing a perfect backdrop for couples wishing to have their wedding photographs taken. Our event co-ordinator will assist couples with decisions on your wedding theme, venue decor options and help you to plan your cuisine, bar service, parking etc. We will also arrange for tastings to ensure you are making the right choice when it comes to the all important choice of food for your guests. Chapel Will Chris Estate ’s quaint chapel boasts with tall “A” shaped thatch ceilings adorned by a showstopper of a central crystal chandelier. Our chapel is multi denominational and can decorated to suit your specific religious preferences and ceremony. Various seating configurations are available and a central red carpet can be rolled out adorned with rose petals along the sides. We also provide a pulpit with a sound system where required. Large industrial fans will keep your guests cool on warm sunny Highveld afternoons. Venue Hire Will Chris Estate offers delicious event and cultural catering options including business breakfasts, corporate lunches and dinners, cheese and wine dinners as well private and corporate function cuisine designed specifically with your event and theme in mind. We also offer various braai and spit braai menus for both formal and informal functions, complemented by your choice of starches and vegetables, salads, sauces, breads and desserts. A full range of delicious finger treats, sophisticated canapés and mouth watering cheese and fruit platter options are also available to suit your budget.

I have had the pleasure of attending regular BNI chapter meetings at Willcrest Estate, and it has consistently been an excellent experience. The venue is exceptionally well maintained, with beautiful, tranquil gardens that create a welcoming and professional atmosphere. The staff are always friendly, attentive, and accommodating, which adds to the overall ease and enjoyment of hosting meetings there. It is clear that great care is taken in both the upkeep of the estate and the experience of guests. I would highly recommend Willcrest Estate for corporate meetings, networking events, or any special occasion. It is a reliable and well presented venue that leaves a lasting impression.

Poor management and client service from owner Eunice. They are engaging on first call thereafter completely ignore emails, texts and calls until you go away. I am an Event Planner and for two years in a row they have completely ignored my communication when attempting to book. After many attempted calls, emails and texts I went to the venue and was not allowed beyond the gate. I do not recommend this venue to any event planners or clients. They do not value clients or business. I cant image how they behave once one has booked and paid.
