We camped. Enjoyed it thoroughly. The lady running the place was very kind, thoughtful and on top of her things. I was shocked by the state of the bathrooms. They were multiple. They were very clean- and I mean spick and span clean. There was even hot water and showers available. Will definitely be back

The Resort is huge and has a lot of amenities. Ablation facilities are well taken care off. Sufficient swimming pools, a shop plus a bottle store plus a fuel garage

The highlight of this resort is definitely the recreational fishing. Loskopdam offers so much in that regard. Just note you can only fish from 05:00 - 18:00 due to the crocs and hippos in the dam. So every morning you need to look for your own spot next to the water, if the resort is full then that could be a problem....first come first serve scenario. Luckily there is enough shore for everyone. Very enjoyable stay. The finer details when it comes to the finishes of the accommodation was left wanting. A scuff here and a mark there make your stay in the log cabins for example feel very "rustic ". Just a add on, the dam is EXTREMELY difficult in the winter months. If you visit in the "off-season " (winter months) your are less likely to catch many fish...IF ANY.

Had a really good time especially for if you come with your boat overall good Just have a problem with the service because it's say clearly that it closes at 20:00 but they decided to close early and its a Saturday now when I wanted to buy at the shop they were disrespectful and unprofessional people yelled at me and my family member because they want to go home like if you want to close early go work somewhere else people and learn to be respectful so fix this issue😒 And why is the warm pool not being fixed? Really losing your potential...
