7 sept..spent a nyt at holiday.. reception staff friendly.. room gid but bfast which was inc ..not value for money..no buffet..comes with a menu..pastries..only muffins..tks 30 mins to make..out of half the things..fruit... So all we had was toast n cheese..don't cater 4 vegetarian..got bfast for 50r..n I paid over 100r..pathetic

Very convenient and beautiful establishment. For business purposes, they offer room service. They need to make improvements in speeding up restaurant service. One can wait for over an hour for a meal.

The food at sugar train restaurant was amazing and affordable. The rooms were cleaned daily and has all the basic needs which was great. The lounge just needed one more couch as there was 3 of us. The staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the horse riding and swimming pool. A jungle gym would be a good addition.

My name is Elizabeth Themane. We were there with my group for work purposes (09 to 13 June 2025.) I fell ill and couldn't walk properly. I was in so much pain. Your staff took care of me making sure I was taken to Dr Jan Breytenbach in town using your company car without any charge on me. Dr Jan Breytenbach is the best doctor i have ever seen. Your staff the supervisor and the restaurant manager ensured they delivered my meals to my room without fail. Thank you so much for taking your clients serious. I did not get the names of the supervisor and restaurant manager. I only remember Thandeka's name Ke mopedi wa go tšwa Rathoke Village in Marble Hall
