I highly recommend Grand Kruger Lodge and Spa to anyone planning a safari in Kruger National Park. The lodge is outstanding, with beautiful, comfortable, and spotlessly clean rooms. The restaurant is excellent as well, offering an à la carte lunch menu and dinners that alternate between à la carte evenings and generous buffet nights. The spa provides a wide range of treatments, making it the perfect place to relax between game drives. The vast grounds surrounding the lodge offer the chance to enjoy close encounters with zebras, monkeys, giraffes, impalas, and many other wild animals. What makes this place even more special than the facilities is the incredible staff. From the management team to the restaurant staff, from the chef to the spa therapists, not forgetting the safari guides and the housekeeping team, everyone is exceptionally kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. My sister and I spent four days at the lodge, and every single moment was unforgettable. It was an amazing experience, and we can't wait to come back.

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The staff are very kind and helpful, and the location of the lodge is excellent. We took part in several activities offered by the lodge (safari, Twilight Sunset Marloth, Panorama Day, Chimp and Caves), and everything was very well organized. They also picked us up from and dropped us off at the airport, which was very convenient. As for the meals, they were very good, but not very varied (the same dishes were offered every three days). We were kindly upgraded to a bungalow, which we really appreciated. However, it was quite damp and we encountered a number of insects/fleas in the bed. We reported it immediately and the staff changed the sheets, and later moved us to another bungalow, which we appreciated. In the new bungalow, there were no insects or humidity issues at all, and it was truly perfect.

Great place, more especially if you're with your family (for them to see the wild animals). Perfect service from the staff, very nice and friendly. I rated 4 stars since there isn't an option for 4.5 stars (because the other 0.5 star is for not having TVs in the rooms). Otherwise I recommend the lodge.

Owner and staff were very friendly and polite. The place looks very nice and it is very enjoyable. The rooms were good too. Food was always very tasty. The safari trips were always on time and the guides were also very friendly. Spa (massage) was also good. 👍
