I previously wrote a review on the 22nd of the bad experience but deleted after the Hotel manager tried to intervene(I appreciate that) but yuuh, food at this place is the worst , badly cooked . The same night we had the worst meal one has ever seen in their life, with verrrrry dry potatoes, which were left overs from lunch and they were covered with cheese for us to eat for dinner. On the 23rd during lunch time, we were actually served wors that was spoiled and many people had stomach bug following that. Talk less of the cold rooms in low winter temperatures , had actually asked for the aircon to be fixed on Wednesday , told to wait for 20 minutes which blew even more colder air. There is a particular lady by the restaurant who was less of rude, the only thing she did perfect was chewing gum while talking to the guests and she made sure the gum is seen. The only great thing about the 5 days and 4 nights stay in this place was the rooms, super clean. Big ups to the housekeeping department, other than that I wouldn’t recommend this place even to the rats at the back yard.

Rooms are really nice and clean with friendly staff, the golf course is amazing and well kept with a small area for kids to putt. The pool is also very well maintained

There’s a lady at the restaurant (didn’t get her name) who has a terrible attitude. She speaks to people in a very bad tone and walks away when asked questions that a service related.

Customer care is really not a priority for the hotel, when we arrived there was no water, at some point the key was not working, I booked requesting a lunch pack, when I arrived they told me to top up for the lunch packs. Not at any time did I receive an apology for any of the inconvenience they caused me. On Friday they had a buffet of which the food was ready bad. When I complained I was told I should have come earlier to eat. I made a remark saying that if I had know about the standard of the food, I would have just bought food at Kfc, the response was “yes you should have” Saturday they had a sit in only buffet and because I was not feeling well, I asked the restaurant to make an arrangement for me to get something which I can eat in my room, I was told its sit in or nothing, I therefore couldn’t eat that night I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
