Service 10/10. Staff very helpful and friendly. We were really catered for👌🏾👌🏾. Hotel rooms are clean. The breakfast and the restaurant food was just average.

Good day Lake Umuzi I was booked nge weekend of 5-7 December 2025. Jabulile helped me with my booking, she has warm personality. Even when I called a week later needed something she was very professional and helpful. I had a wonderful stay at Umuzi, my kids enjoyed every moment. Mmo Mmo Restaurant where we dined for 50th birthday right next to the Lodge provided us scrumptious food. Thank you very much Lake Umuzi continue being great. We are definitely coming back next year.
