Skukuza Golf Club had a great overall experience. ⛳️ The fairway turf maintenance could be improved, but the greens were well maintained. We didn’t see any special wildlife today, except for a herd of hippos near the first tee. 😃Overall, it was a very enjoyable day. 💕Thank you to Louise for all the email correspondence and for helping arrange our tee time and golf cart. 🙏We had a really fun time playing today, and although it is only a 9-hole course, I would still recommend it to friends who want to experience it.

Playing at Skukuza Golf Course was honestly one of the most special golfing experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, it felt different. You’re not just playing a round of golf — you’re stepping into the Kruger, fully aware that you’re a visitor in a wild, living environment. Seeing wildlife moving naturally around the course, hearing the sounds of the bush, and taking in the scenery between shots made every hole feel memorable. I was genuinely impressed by how well the course is kept, especially given where it’s located. The staff were friendly, professional, and clearly take safety seriously, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and well managed. The restaurant was also amazing — a perfect way to end the round. Great food, a relaxed atmosphere, and views that really let you soak in the surroundings made it just as memorable as the golf itself. It’s hard to describe how unique this place is until you’ve played it. It’s peaceful, exciting, and humbling all at once. I loved every minute of it and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys golf and appreciates the outdoors. This is one of those experiences that stays with you long after the final putt.

I'm not a regular golfer but played 9 holes here simply because of how brilliant and beautiful the course is. Reasonable fee and Courteous staff. Overall top notch.

Very unique course that was really fun to play. There are 9 holes total that you'll play from and you'll tee off at a different spot on each holes to make it 18. Decently kept for being in the middle of a National Park. Rental clubs were okay but have a lot of use to them. Golf carts were great, make sure to pack some tees and golf balls as though were quite pricey to purchase in store. Staff was great and the good was very enjoyable.
