I guess it's fine if you book to sleep over, but day visits are bad. Customer Service is poor, ablution facility was dirty and they were unnecessarily expensive with added costs that should have been included in the package to utilize the braai area and swimming pool. They need to learn to negotiate prices when the weather doesn't permit swimming 😔

Had a horrible stay. Booked 2 units. When we walked in, one of the single beds in the unit had only 3 legs. I immediately went to reception, but they had locked up for the night. One of the ladies had to sleep in a certain position all night, so that she doesn't go over one end. Cobwebs littered the high walls of both places. Surfaces were dusty. Precipitation on the bathroom walls and doors, from the previous occupant, was visible. Dishes weren't washed. Room sleeps 4, but there are only 3 breakfast bowls. Cutlery was missing. Sand on bathtub rim. Door to one of the rooms doesn't close properly. Needed to be locked at all times. Cupboard broken... When I asked for the bed to be fixed, I was told that they'll fix it, but that never happened. Maintenance guy was unavailable to repair cupboard and door. They were aware of the broken stuff and still deliberately put us there. When I asked to see another room, same issues are in that room. Nightmare.

Lodge and management doesn't care about community around them. Not peaceful at all. Party and music that no one else can have a peaceful restful weekend that stays close by.

Not happy with the place or the service. The lights were not working, not happy with the showers at all. All around bad experience. The place needs a huge revamp! Probably won't be returning. Very unprofessional. A gentleman named Two was very helpful though. We were promised rooms with air conditioning but didn't get it. We booked rondawels but again, we were told that there weren't any available upon arrival.
