We had a bad experience with the receptionist. Service was terrible, the gentleman on the phone was so rude, didn’t even want to listen to what I had to say.

Service is terrible… The gentlemen was so unprofessional and rude even dropped the call.

Our stay at Nayang Lorato was an absolute delight. The combination of exceptional service , serene surroundings, and comfortable accommodations created a truly memorable experience. From the moment we entered the gate, we were greeted by Alfred, a friendly gentlemen who welcomed us. We official met Mr Vincent, whom we’ve been communicating with over the phone a couple of days before our arrival, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We appreciate the genuine hospitality that created a welcoming and homely atmosphere. We do, however, request more plugs in the rooms and recommend consideration for the Breakfast offering. This may include a variety of options from cereal or fresh fruit or the typical egg-on-toast meal. Overall, we wholeheartedly recommend this hidden gem to anyone seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. I cannot wait to return and indulge in their warm hospitality once again.
