Got greeted by the lady at the the front desk her name is Boitumela meaning( happiness) what a pleasure . Very helpful I will definitely come back!

I had visited the restaurant part of the hotel, I must say that the service was the best.

Last time this was a 4 star hotel was in 1977 when it opened. Looks like a government establishment. In the "villa": toilet not flushing, toilet loose, shower head not working, hair dryer cable exposed, wall plugs not working, all the lamps doesn't have globes, damp damage in the walls, smells like mold

Not 4* at all!!! Dining services are excruciatingly slow for both dinner and breakfast. By the time we were served our dinner, it was cold and and some of the items we had ordered only arrived after we had finished eating. Breakfast took 40 mins to arrive and we were the only table being served. There was no jam for the toast, something I have never heard of in any hotel. The staff need training on customer service. Everything is extremely slow. Bedroom: my bathroom basin tap was stained with foam marks which I had to clean myself. There were nails behind the bedside table, which you cannot miss when you plug in any device. It does not look like the room has been properly cleaned in a while.
