The food is very bad, especially the buffet. Bland potatoes, being served beef brisket with rice and some white chicken meat busked in some weird spices. On top of this, the buffet no longer has complemtary juice. You have to buy that separately. The buffet breakfast? No croissants anymore, just pure slices of bread lazily placed there. You will see yourself through. The rooms? Some very old televisions, no improvement for the last few years.

Not a great experience at all. The 'clean' water glass in the room was filthy. The wash basin and shower drains are blocked and the outflow is very slow. Lot's of noise during the night and early morning. Sounded like someone was moving furniture at 5:45am. For what you pay you would expect better.

The rooms were beautiful and clean, everything was working perfectly. The staff were professional and friendly. Really good service. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel but service sucks. You roll off the bed. Mattress worn out. We were a group of 12. 2 nights. Everyone was phoned daily to enquire if they were happy. We left early the last day. Everyone got food parcels except me. Excuse was that I did not "tick". I was never told to tick but others somehow got there food parcel. Hopefully not back soon
