Excellent place to overnight. Neat with friendly staff. The only small drawback, is the distance between the parking and the rooms.

Great location,has all the potential of being a good establishment! But basics let this place down! It's in a mosquito infested area ,yet they Don't provide mosquito mats!!!We could Not sleep for 2 nights!! No hairdryer, no bread knife , no cutting board!Cremora with Ricoffy Really!! One rusk for 2 people over 2 days !!The setting and gardens are really nice! Yet the basics like providing tea and coffee with biscuits on their chairs/ benches at a cost would make such a difference !! There seems to be a lack of interest to make this place happen!! Other establishments in the area provide all the basics!! Get your act together otherwise you will definitely lose clients!!

Where do I even start? I am not used to giving bad reviews, this 1 does not even deserve a 1 star. I work in the mining sector and do bookings for executive and management travel on a daily basis. I have 15 years experience and never in my experience have I experienced the level of disrespect that I experienced with The Key Guest Villa on the 20th of August 2021. You commend them for their business ethics after they cancel your booking last minute for non-payment for failure to submit a simple bank letter for the purpose of our procurement system and they respond with an low blow tone e-mail with exclamation mark at the end. But me being the bigger person I still responded positive, because I carry my own weather. They cancelled our booking when we were in the process of payment, I am the one who should be sending "!" e-mails not them. if I were Malema, I would say they are racist. Simple as that. We were more than happy to take our business else where, we had no choice and no issues what so ever. Learn to communicate well with all your clients. We pay the same currency, we are not a charity case. RESPECT your clients. Business Ethics 101.

Very beautiful lodge for relaxing, kids friendly environment. You can host your weddings, baby showers and parties there. The staff is very professional and takes care of their lodgers. Happy with the service
