Not what it should be. Definitely not four star. Paint and plaster coming off the walls. Shower drains blocked, mouldyness on bathroom walls and ceiling. The place lacks management. Staff is noisy when they come to work 5:15 as if no one is there. The whole place needs some attention to detail, especially maintenance. Basic cleanliness in okay. Bed was nice and felt clean. Breakfast pack was good.

Beautiful place for family, however though we arrived late there was no one at the facility, we had to call for someone to come and open for us. There was no one to assist in the morning, we also had to get our breakfast from somewhere else

Very bad service! Not what is advertised at all. Aircon streaming water out, teenage boys sitting drinking in pool and on swings in their underwear only. Had to wait 20mins then a guest came to help us. Betsie was sitting at the back ignoring us. One towel only..... Urghh.... Just a bad experience.....
