We really enjoyed our experience at the Tusk bar after our Spa treatment. The lady at the bar was super accommodating and we are forever grateful to her making our experience memorable. Thank you so much!!

Brilliant!! Fantastic atmosphere!! Grand surroundings. Unbelievable finishes. Continues to stand the rest of time. The food was also very good. We were a party of 4 and none of us left drink or food behind.

Cozy Evening with Good desserts, but Service Needs Improvement I visited the lounge one evening for coffee and desserts, and overall, the experience was pleasant, though there are some areas that could use improvement. The quality of both the drinks and food was excellent—everything was well-prepared and delicious. I highly recommend trying the Apple Entremet for those who aren’t big fans of overly sweet desserts; it struck the perfect balance with its light, refreshing flavors. However, the service definitely needs some attention. After waiting quite a while for a waiter, I ended up grabbing the menu myself. Unfortunately, no one came to take our order, so I had to walk up to the bar and ask the barman to take it. While the food and drink were great, the service left a lot to be desired. The only time we saw the waiter was when they swiftly brought the bill, but the overall interaction lacked attentiveness and care. The atmosphere was nice and the food was great, but I hope they work on their service to match the quality of their offerings.

Ordered a chicken burger and received a raw piece of chicken in the bun. After complaining about it, all we go was, don't worry we will not charge for it. Pathetic service!!!
