Wonderful place to be at a week ago my ford fiesta had two tyre burst slept over wonderful stuff and owner very human and down to earth Regards Kingsley

Stayed there last night. Room was cold. Carpets not helping as elderly couple can fall. Bed is old and squeaky. Asked for a queen size but was only a double and single bed. No proper security and close to road. The washbasin very low. Shower floor too slippery and can do with a shower glass. Curtain is outdated in shower. Toilet is difficult positioned. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

Maintenance on rooms can be better. Call ahead and book a room because if you don’t you will only get rooms with single beds. A limited ample of food options and the food and drinks is on the pricey side. But besides that the lodge is beautiful!

I camped for one night. Worst shower ever. Hardly any water. Tile coming of the walls. No toilet paper. No mirror in bathroom. Water. Runs throught toilet 24/7.
