Super host who makes you feel at home the minute you walk in. Place is exceptionally clean. Rooms are neat and have everything you need. The breakfast makes you like you are visiting grandma, it's that good. Definitely a place to stay over at.

Ideal for overnight stays. Well appointed, well maintained. Bar, dini g room and swimming pool. Friendly and helpful staff.

Loved our one night stay at Lavender Lodge. My partner and I, my daughter and her partner had spent a month travelling around Africa and Lavender Lodge was our last night in South Africa. The owners are lovely and very accommodating. They especially made vegan breakfast options for my daughter and I which we appreciated. We all really enjoyed the breakfast spread and presentation. Everything you need for a big driving day ahead. Our rooms were lovely with an old world charm. The bed was nice and comfy. Heating in our rooms was most welcomed as it was very cold outside at night. I'm sure the air-conditioner would go down a treat on the hot summer days, too. Our bathroom was lovely with a bathtub to relax in and an enormous shower with plenty of hot water and good pressure There's a bar to have alcoholic and non alcoholic brverages. A swimming pool for adults and kids to cool off in when the weather warms up. Secure parking as well which is a bonus. Lavender Lodge is a great, family friendly place to stay in Vryburg. Highly recommended.

2025 September - on our way to Kgalagadi one night and way back JHB one night. Stay was very pleasant and the breakfast was great. Over night stay great Lodge. Was recommended to us by a friend. Lovely quiet place.
