I suppose because we checked in late we got the worst of the worst. The securuty/reception guy was just rude. Simon acted like I was invisible, and he didn't even greet me. Off to the room we go...for R750 no white bedding, no towels. The TV is standing propped up against the wall. The toom is just not worth the price. Bathroom was even worse. The taps are leaking and not working properly. You have to guess which is which with the taps, hot or cold? Noisey aircon and no tea,coffee or even a glass. Extremely nousey throughout the night. Other guests, a very rowdy group of young people, were talking loudly throughout the night and stopped...never. Disgusting behavior from these youngsters shouting and screaming at each other. Even if I have to sleep in my car next time I will never ever return to this place. And in response to past reviews and the owners telling you they are working on it...THEY'VE DONE NOTHING.

Worst place I ever stayed in. Dilapidated and dirty. The room door could not lock. The aircon was not working. The warm blanket was not working. Bathroom ceiling covered in mold, and the smell filled the whole room. I did not shower or eat there.

The place is a complete sepsis,from incompetent management to no security. A night in your car is far more safer. The frustration of having luggage stolen 10min of check in and no explanation nor CCTV coverage. It wont be a coincidence if one gets hurt with no explanation in that pus collection of a self proclaimed 3 star disaster . Got there at night, room not even clean with recently used towels. Care taker had the audacity to tell me its not his job. I was puzzled with disappointment. My OCD still has flash backs

Nothing is organize. You even have to request request for coffee and kettle, and most of all, warm water is not always available. I had to change rooms due to the qyser not working. I stayed for 3nights. I won't recommend it for anyone unless desperate for an overnight accommodation. Ooh, and they have no wifi. The gates are manually opened. If there is no one you have to get off the car and go open on your own
