I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The environment is beautiful and quiet, with great greenery all around that makes you feel relaxed. The staff are friendly, warm and very helpful, offering thoughtful and considerate service throughout my stay. The breakfast is tasty and fresh with a good variety of choices. Everything here is well-arranged and feels very humanized. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!

The service was very friendly. The rooms were clean but there was no liquid soap in the dispensers, the shower door was broken and none of the laps in the 2nd room could be plugged in. The noise from the trucks on the main road is also none stop - even at 3am. Disappointing given the price.

Villa Brocant Guesthouse has a lovely oriental feel, and I really appreciated the clean rooms and fresh linen. However, the carpets could use better cleaning, and the shower shampoo bottle was empty during my stay. The check-in and check-out process also needs improvement. I had to park in the street, walk to reception for my keys, and then go back to park inside. In the morning, I had to drive out with the keys, park outside again, buzz for the reception gate to be opened, and leave the keys there as there’s no dropbox at the gate. This made the process a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the WiFi connection was very poor, which was disappointing. With a few adjustments, especially on cleanliness, amenities, and guest convenience, the experience could be much smoother.

I am giving a 1 star because there is no zero star rating. The room had an awful smell, broken furniture, place was noisy and the manger was rude. Food was horrible, I wouldn't advise anyone to visit this place
